1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jerseys4Free website located at jersey4free.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.

2. Products and Pricing

All jerseys listed on Jerseys4Free are promotional sports jerseys. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the actual item.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions. You will be notified if your order is cancelled and any charges will be refunded.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, you are entitled to a full refund upon request. 5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of a verified defect or shipping error on our part. In the event a return is authorized by Jerseys4Free, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued. Every jersey is individually inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Championship Credit Program

The Championship Credit Program ("Program") allows qualifying customers to receive a free promotional jersey if their team wins the championship in their respective league. To qualify, your jersey purchase must be completed before the playoffs begin for that league and season. Credits are issued via email within 48 hours of the championship result. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be applied toward a jersey of equal or lesser value. Jerseys4Free reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. The Program applies to NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and College leagues as designated on the Site.

7. Multi-Jersey Discounts

Customers who purchase 2 jerseys in a single order receive a 15% discount. Customers who purchase 3 or more jerseys in a single order receive a 20% discount. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

8. User Accounts

You may create an account on the Site to track orders and manage Championship Credits. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Jerseys4Free reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jerseys4Free or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Jerseys4Free does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jerseys4Free shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.

13. Changes to These Terms

Jerseys4Free reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
